Laser Technology Janssen (LTJ) Becomes the First Company to Join the SPAENER Platform

Laser Technology Janssen (LTJ), an advanced high-tech company specialising in micro-laser processing of metallic foil materials and tubes, recently joined the SPAENER platform. This move aims to enhance their visibility and expand their marketing strategy.

LTJ's expertise lies in the production of micro laser-cut parts from metal foils. They can cut super small and precise parts from foils as thin as 5 micrometres, as well as bend, form and weld these parts in 2D, 2.5D, and 3D dimensions. Their processing capabilities range from 1x1x1 mm to a maximum of 600x300x300 mm, with tolerances from 5 to 50 micrometres. LTJ works with a variety of materials, including titanium, molybdenum, platinum, tantalum, spring steel, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, brass, and Inconel.

Microlaser welding

LTJ also excels in micro-laser welding, leveraging their years of experience and modern machinery. Micro laser welding offers numerous advantages such as a small heat-affected zone and no post-processing requirements. They can handle workpieces as small as 2x2x2 mm up to a maximum size of 400x400x400 mm. Laser welding can be done in materials like stainless steel, phosphor bronze, and titanium, and in 2D, 2.5D, and 3D formats.
