LTJ Laser Technology Janssen
LTJ Laser Technology Janssen
LTJ (Laser Technology Janssen) is an advanced high-tech company, specialised in microlaser processing of metallic foil materials and tubes. We focus on First Time Right Production and we take care of the entire process, from development to production.
With laser technology, LTJ focuses entirely on metal foil-based microproductions of both flat products and assembled products. Besides 2D and 2.5D microlaser cutting of super small and precise parts from metal foils that are sometimes no thicker than 5 micrometres, You can also turn to LTJ for high-precision πππ§ππ’π§π and ππ¨π«π¦π’π§π of micro-laser-cut parts in both 2D, 2.5D and 3D. We can handle workpieces in a range from 1x1x1 mm to a maximum of 600x300x300 mm. This in thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 1.25 mm with tolerances from 5 to 50 micrometres. We process the following materials: titanium, molybdenum, platinum, tantalum, spring steel, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, brass and Inconel.

Based on many years of experience and with access to our modern machinery, high-level microlaser welding is in good hands with us. Micro laser welding offers many advantages and possibilities. The small spot size of up to 55 microns creates a very narrow laser weld and a very small heat-affected zone (H.A.Z.). Microlaser welding is a non-contact process and requires no post-processing.
The possibilities:
LTJ specialises in microlaser machining of metallic film materials. In the field of laser welding, we can handle workpieces with a minimum size of 2x2x2 mm up to a maximum size of 400x400x400 mm. Laser welding can be carried out by us in various materials, such as stainless steel, phosphor bronze and titanium. We can perform 2D, 2.5D and 3D micro laser welding.
Furthermore, we specialise in:
- Bringing engineering knowledge into the design phase of your product leading to an optimal design for micro laser welding.
- Development of fixture tools for both prototyping and series production.
- In-house Sleeve (cross-section) making of the laser welds.
