  • Machine and Accessory Listings – Promotional listings of machines, tooling, accessories, and related industrial solutions, organized through categories and advanced search and filtering functionality.

All content is submitted via email or direct communication with SPAENER. The Website does not offer user accounts or self-service content uploads. SPAENER retains full editorial and commercial discretion over all published materials.

  1. Editorial Control

SPAENER maintains complete editorial control over the Website and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Accept, reject, edit, or remove any submitted content.

SPAENER may provide dedicated company profile pages. The submitting party is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information included. SPAENER does not guarantee any specific number of views, leads, enquiries, or commercial results resulting from the publication of a company profile.

SPAENER may offer promotional listings for machines and accessories. These listings are intended solely for informational and promotional purposes.

  • Submitted Content;
  • Alleged or actual infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Fees and Payments

Payments must be made within the specified payment term.

Fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
