Laser Technology Janssen provides high-precision laser engraving and marking for permanent identification, traceability and functional labelling of industrial components. Using advanced laser technology, the company creates sharp, wear-resistant markings with micron-level accuracy.

Laser engraving removes material to create a deeper, tactile marking. This is particularly suitable for components exposed to intensive use or demanding operating conditions. Laser marking alters the surface through controlled discolouration or oxidation, producing a permanent marking while preserving the component’s surface.

Both processes are contact-free, fast and highly reproducible. They can be applied to stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, plastics, ceramics and various other materials. Careful heat control minimises distortion and prevents unwanted discolouration around the marking.
