Mazak VTC-300C

At BKB Precision in Son, four Mazak VTC-300C vertical machining centres form a flexible 3-axis production platform for machining plastics. The travelling-column design leaves the long table fixed, which supports long components, multiple fixtures and repeatable series work. One of BKB’s four machines is linked to a FANUC robot for automated pallet handling and unattended production. With 1,670 x 760 x 660 mm travel and a 15,000 rpm spindle, the VTC-300C is well suited for machining plastic manifolds, plates, housings and accurately nested parts where clean surfaces and stable dimensions are essential.
