Hermle C22U

BKB Precision operates two Hermle C 22 U 5-axis machining centres for producing complex components out of high-performance plastics. The machines combine three linear axes with a swivelling rotary table, enabling simultaneous 5-axis machining and the machining of multiple sides in a single setup. This reduces reclamping and supports consistent accuracy on components with complex geometries. Both C 22 U machines are automated with a KUKA robot, increasing production capacity and enabling extended unmanned operation.
