Micro laser welding

One of LTJ’s core competencies is micro laser welding. The company joins very small metal components with controlled heat input and minimal distortion. With 5-axis welding systems for pulsed and continuous wave laser welding, including vision and PFO systems, LTJ can produce accurate welded assemblies for medical instruments, sensor components, electronic enclosures, aerospace parts and precision tools. The company also has experience with helium leak-tight laser welding.
